You're excited about planning for your special day but you are not sure of what do to first or what comes next. Most
brides have never planned a wedding before and that's where we come in. Our Professional Bridal Consultant™ will assist you
with whatever you need to make your wedding a memorable one. Making your wedding special requires your finding wedding vendors
who fit your particular style. We have helped many brides plan and implement beautiful weddings in the Chicagoland area and
we would love to help you too. We will customize a package just for you based on your needs! Our
customized packages may include some of the following:
Day-of coordinating services may include:

Planning meetings.
· Vendor phone
calls to confirm wedding day details and arrival/departure times on the wedding day
· Create a Wedding
Day Timeline
· Direct vendors to fulfill the duties of their contracts
· Greet vendors
upon arrival and receive deliveries.
· Instruct attendants of their duties
· Supervision of ceremony and
reception set up and execution
· Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination - Providing on-site coordination and supervision
during the rehearsal, during the ceremony and during the reception.
Partial wedding planning
services may include the above plus:
· Advice on wedding
etiquette
· Checklists/questions to use when meeting with vendors.
· Monthly bridal
checklists to help you set priorities each month.
· Pre-screen vendors for services such as photography, videography,
floral and/or floral design; bakeries, transportation, reception entertainment or rental companies.
Full wedding planning services may include the above plus:
- Suggesting a theme and choosing a wedding style that
matches your personalities.
- Assisting you with developing your budget. Tracking your budget and payments.
- Researching and evaluating ceremony/reception venues;
checking availability and prices; presenting reception venues for consideration and accompanying you for a site evaluation.
- Contacting vendors to
check availability and cost for services such as bakery, caterer, florist, DJ, photography, videography, and transportation. Attending
appointments as appropriate. Scheduling of appointments with vendors.
- Providing feedback on vendor contracts.
- Discount on invitations,
shoes, jewelry and bridal accessories.
